Evi has been working in the healthcare sector for the past 10 years. During his career, Evi has managed several hospitals at executive levels and led extensive quality improvement systems such as ISO 9001, ACHS, and (ACSQHC) national standards. Evi is an associate member of the Australian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA). Evi is passionate about introducing quality, affordable and accessible allergy healthcare services to the community.
Linda is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with an interest in food allergy and intolerance. She graduated in 1983 and works in Private Practice. She currently consults to various nursing homes, private hospitals and community clients. Linda reviews menus and analyses recipes for nutritional adequacy, and for known allergens.
Accredited Practicing Dietitians have a role in the management of food allergies and food intolerances by educating on managing meals to avoid allergens. Linda has a passion for cooking, so has many hints on managing food allergies and using substitutions. Dietitians can monitor growth in children and maintain nutritional adequacy for development.
Dr Paula Smith-Brown is a PhD qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian with a specialist interest in infant and child nutrition and allergies and intolerances in all ages.
Paula has always loved food and considers dietetics her vocation. After qualifying as a Dietitian in 2002 (BSc Nutrition and Dietetics, Kings College London, UK) she soon identified that her passion lay in helping children and their families and undertook further study to qualify as a Paediatric Dietitian in 2005/6. She has worked in multi-disciplinary allergy clinics in both the UK and Australia and is a member of ASCIA (Australasian Society for Clinical Immunology and Allergy). Her PhD was awarded by the University of Queensland in 2017 and focused on the effects of breastfeeding and diet on growth and microbiota development in children.

Amanda is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with considerable experience working with adult and children who have food allergies and intolerances. She completed a Master of Dietetics at Griffith University in 1999 and spent 15 years working in hospitals in a range of dietetic specialties before settling on food intolerances and food allergies. Amanda has worked with leading Australian allergists in Sydney before moving back to the Gold Coast for the beautiful outdoors lifestyle.
Amanda can provide clear and practical advice on food allergies or food intolerances. If your allergy test is negative, a food intolerance may explain your symptoms. Amanda believes managing food intolerances is both an art and science and it is only through over a decade of working with clients and her own children that she has been able to develop tried and tested approaches that are simple to incorporate into busy lives. Amanda consults from My Nutrition Clinic in Robina and can provide consultations via telephone and video conference for those who live further away.
Cindy has been an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse for the past 4 years. Cindy is passionate about helping patients with allergies and asthma and she brings a wealth of health care experience to our team.
Amy has been an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse for the past 10 years. Amy is passionate about working with allergic patients as she knows first hand what its like to care for a child with allergies.
Janin has worked in customer service for the past 15 years and brings wealth of knowledge and experience. Janin is passionate about providing excellent service to the community. Janin has operated several successful businesses and is highly experienced in marketing and promotion.
